2. Refund Request Procedure:
2.1. Request Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2.2. Submission of the Request: Refund requests must be sent in writing to our customer service at the email address specified for this purpose. The request must include the details of the transaction, such as the date of purchase, the amount paid and the reason for the inability to access the service.
